As we all know there are many government job seekers who participate in the different examinations to get one. Every year large number of candidates is selected for the various posts in various government departments. But after the selection, the candidates are sent to the place where the vacant seats are but due to this many of the candidates are allotted the seat in some different state or district other than their own hometown. Due to this process the candidate’s living is affected as it disturbs his/her family and even it effects on one’s work productivity.

So to solve such problems AP Employees Transfer Guidelines G.O Ms.No.57 dated 18th May 2015 is released. The government is imposed to take care of the employee’s satisfaction and to make a balance in the employee’s personal and professional life.

So that the employee can lead a happy life and can also give some time to their families. Governments should Think About it and ensure on this thing that the employee is posted to such a place where he/she is most comfortable and productive. To do this work government will help to increase their work efficiency and the employees will also work at their best. Government is now going to give right place for the right staff.

The government will issue orders for the transfer of all the state cadre officers and whereas the HOD (Head of the Department) will order the transfers of Zonal and Multi-Zonal Officers. District level committee will finalize the place of posting within the district. The transfer of the employees will be under taken from 18th May to 31st Mat 2015. There are few guidelines given by the government which the employee must keep in mind. The guidelines are as follow

  1. 1.   The date of transfer of employees if from 18th to 31st May 2015.
  2. 2.  Any employee retiring by June 30th will not be transferred.
  3. 3. No employee will be transferred if his/her year of service is less than 2 years.
  4. 4.No person will if he/she is holding the same place for more than five years.
  5. 5. Employees with more than two years of service will be transferred on the administrative grounds or on the basis of request of transfer.
  6. 6. In husband wife cases only one will be shifted
